For Clients (Hotels and Hospitality Businesses)

• 2. Service Integration: Seamlessly integrate various hotel services, such as dining, spa, housekeeping, and more.
• 3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and analyze customer data for personalized service and improved customer relationships.
• 4. Analytics and Reporting: Access comprehensive reports and insights to optimize business performance.

For Customers (End-Users)

• 1. Service Access: Easily avail services offered by partner hotels, including reservations, dining, spa treatments, and more.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Quiro Content: Quiro retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to its platform, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quiro's intellectual property without explicit permission.

User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they submit or create using our Services. By sharing content on our platform, users grant Quiro a limited license to use and display such content for the purpose of providing our Services.

License

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Quiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Quiro platform. Unauthorized use of Quiro's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Termination

For Clients (Hotels and Hospitality Businesses)

Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription by providing written notice to Quiro. Upon termination, access to the platform and associated services will cease.

Termination by Quiro: Quiro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Client's access to the Services if there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or for any reason deemed necessary for the security and integrity of the platform.

For Customers (End-Users)

Account Termination: Customers may terminate their accounts by following the instructions provided on the platform. Quiro will delete or anonymize the user's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Discontinuation: Quiro may suspend or terminate access to Services for customers engaging in activities that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a risk to the security of the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

As-Is Basis: Quiro's Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Quiro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Availability: While Quiro strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee the continuous availability or error-free operation of our platform. Users acknowledge that service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages: Quiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Liability Cap: Quiro's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
